Micro Heat Pipes
There you can find: outward view, general information, and performances of some special HPs designs (micro HPs). They are made of copper and have inserted capillary structure (copper micro fibred wick).
General information
Micro Heat Pipe is a very small device, where evaporation –condensation cycle is used in the same manner as in classic HPs . Micro HPs are mainly used in electronics for cooling of midget low power heat emitting elements.
1 - 90° angled micro heat pipe having 2 mm external diameter;
2 - 90° angled micro heat pipe having 3 mm external diameter.
